Ao trabalho da luz que abençoa e redime.
Espalhai sobre a Terra os dons do amor sublime,
Guardando a nossa fé por redentora flama.
Contemplai a aflição em que a sombra se exprime,
Assinalai a dor que se desvaira e clama!…
Ide e auxiliem a vida onde a cegueira e a lama
Tecem o espinheiral da miséria e do crime…
Ante o mundo que sofre em medonha procela,
O Espiritismo é a luz consoladora e bela
Para a renovação do homem triste e inseguro!
Que o serviço cristão em nós se eleve e brade
Entendendo a beleza, a alegria e a bondade
E teremos com Cristo a ascensão do futuro.

Servants of Good, the Master calls us
To the work of the light that blesses and redeems.
Spread over the Earth the gifts of sublime love,
Guarding our faith by a redeeming flame.
Contemplate the affliction in which the shadow expresses itself,
Mark the pain that fades and cries out!…
Go and help the life where blindness and mud
They weave the thorns of misery and crime…
Before the world that suffers in fearful storm,
Spiritism is the consoling and beautiful light
For the renewal of the sad and insecure man!
Let the Christian service in us rise and cry
Understanding beauty, joy and goodness
And we will have with Christ the ascension of the future.
