De múltiplos modos, enxergamos a intervenção dos outros na salvação alheia, quando o perigo ameaça.
Bombeiros, aqui e além, arrebatam criaturas ao império do incêndio, repondo-as em segurança.
Médicos se devotam a enfermos, preservando-lhes a vida.
Em todos os recantos da Terra, guardiões dedicados das vias públicas arrancam à morte legiões de pessoas, todos os dias.
Um amigo acompanha outro amigo em dificuldade, caminha com ele, durante algum tempo, amparando-lhe os compromissos e livra-lhe o passo de precipitação em falência.
E, entre o Plano Espiritual e o Plano Físico, nós, os desencarnados observamos, de maneira incessante, os testemunhos de solidariedade e carinho de amigos inúmeros, domiciliados no Mais Além, que se empenham no auxílio aos companheiros que deixaram no mundo. E isso ocorre, nos menores setores da vivência terrestre.
Aqui, é preciso suplementar a cautela de alguém, alertando-lhe a memória para fechar o gás ou desligar a força elétrica, prevenindo acidentes; ali, é necessário escoltar uma criança, pelos fios intangíveis do pensamento, frustrando-lhe quedas fatais; além, é forçoso socorrer um motorista descuidado, induzindo-o a verificar essa ou aquela peça do carro de que vai servir coibindo desastre possível; mais adiante, é indispensável sugerir a determinados companheiros, em divertimento, a cessação de pequenos abusos, suscetíveis de impulsioná-los a processos de obsessão.
De múltiplos modos, – repetimos,– anotamos o amor e a fraternidade operando salvação alheia, entretanto, para que não venhamos a tombar nas trevas da ira ou do ódio, do orgulho ou da crueldade, só conhecemos um tipo de profilaxia espiritual: cada criatura deve orar, asserenar-se, abençoar os semelhantes, compreender que todos somos necessitados da Misericórdia Divina e resguardar a si mesma.

And, between the Spiritual Plane and the Physical Plane, we, the disembodied, observe, in an incessant way, the testimonies of solidarity and affection of countless friends, domiciled in the Beyond, who are committed to helping the companions they left in the world. And this occurs in the smallest sectors of terrestrial experience.
Here, it is necessary to supplement someone's caution, alerting his memory to turn off the gas or turn off the electric power, preventing accidents; there, it is necessary to escort a child along the intangible threads of thought, preventing fatal falls; in addition, it is necessary to help a careless driver, inducing him to check this or that part of the car he is going to use, preventing possible disaster; further on, it is essential to suggest to certain companions, in fun, the cessation of small abuses, susceptible of impelling them to obsession processes.
In many ways, – we repeat, – we note love and fraternity working for the salvation of others, however, so that we do not fall into the darkness of anger or hatred, pride or cruelty, we only know one type of spiritual prophylaxis: each creature you must pray, calm down, bless others, understand that we are all in need of Divine Mercy and protect yourself.
