Se queres verdadeiramente encontrar-te, sai de ti mesmo.
Como poderias realizar o autoconhecimento no clima do egoísmo?
Como saber quem és, desconhecendo como reages diante dos outros?
Como será possível alguém entregar-se a demoradas introspecções, se não muito longe há fome e dor, lágrima e sofrimento?
Disse o Senhor:
– “Que brilhe a tua luz!…”.
Ele mesmo, a luz do mundo, não permaneceu nos páramos celestiais no êxtase dos bem-aventurados.
– “Eu vim para que tenham vida, e vida em abundância”.
Se desejas conhecer-te, não feche os olhos para o mundo, trancando-te em tuas emoções.
Na ação do trabalho que estende socorro a todos, ver-te-ás como és.

If you really want to find yourself, get out of yourself.How could you achieve self-knowledge in the climate of selfishness?
How to know who you are, not knowing how you react to others?
How is it possible for anyone to indulge in long introspections, if not far away there is hunger and pain, tears and suffering?
