Espíritas em família não espírita / Spiritualists in a non-Spiritist family
Dos temas relacionados a grupos consanguíneos, temos a considerar um dos mais importantes para nós, qual seja aquele dos companheiros espíritas ligados a familiares que ainda não conseguem aceitar os ensinamentos do Espiritismo.
Frequentemente, os amigos incursos nessa prova recorrem ao Mundo Espiritual pedindo orientação. Suspiram por ambiente que lhes seja próprio aos ideais, querem afetos que lhes incentivem as realizações, e, porque o mundo Espiritual lhes respeite o livre-arbítrio, contornando-lhes os problemas, sem ferir-lhes a iniciativa, muitos deles entram em dúvida, balançando o coração, entre o anseio de fuga e o acatamento ao dever.
O espírita, porém, comprometido com os parentes não espíritas, permanece acordado as realidades da reencarnação; sabe que ninguém assume obrigações à revelia do foro íntimo e que ninguém renasce sem motivo, nessa ou naquela equipe familiar. Seja atendendo a exigências de afinidade, escolha, expiação ou tarefa específica, o Espírito reencarna ou trabalha junto daqueles com quem lhe compete evoluir, aprimorar-se, quitar-se, desincumbir-se de certos encargos ou atender a programas de ordem superior e, por isso, não dispõe do direito de deserção da oficina doméstica, tão só porque aí não encontre criaturas capazes de lhe partilharem os sonhos de elevação. Aliás, exatamente aí, na forja de inquietantes conflitos sentimentais, é que se edificará para a ascensão a que aspira.
Cônjuge difícil, pais incompreensivos, irmãos-enigmas ou filhos-problemas constituem, na Terra, o corpo docente de que necessitamos na escola familiar. Com eles e por eles, é que avaliamos as nossas próprias claudicações, de modo a corrigi-las.
Indiscutivelmente, em explanando assim, não induzimos companheiro algum a compartilhar criminalidade em nome de obrigação.
Desejamos unicamente ponderar que não é razoável abandonar ou interromper ajustes edificantes sem que a nossa consciência esteja em paz com o dever cumprido.
Sempre que nos reconheçamos desambientados na família do mundo, à face dos princípios espíritas que os entes queridos não se mostrem, de imediato, dispostos a abraçar, estamos na posição do devedor entre credores vários, com a valiosa possibilidade de ressarcir nossos débitos, ou na condição do aluno em curso intensivo de burilamento individual, com a bendita oportunidade de adquirir atestados de competência, em diversas lições.

Spiritualists in a non-Spiritist family
Of the topics related to consanguineous groups, we have to consider one of the most important for us, which is that of fellow spirits linked to family members who still cannot accept the teachings of Spiritism.Often, the friends involved in this test turn to the Spiritual World asking for guidance. They yearn for an environment that is proper to their ideals, they want affections that encourage their accomplishments, and, because the Spiritual world respects their free will, bypassing their problems, without hurting their initiative, many of them are in doubt, shaking his heart, between the desire to escape and the deference to duty.
The spiritist, however, committed to non-spiritist relatives, remains awake to the realities of reincarnation; he knows that no one assumes obligations in absentia of the intimate forum and that no one is reborn without reason, in this or that family team. Whether meeting the requirements of affinity, choice, atonement or a specific task, the Spirit reincarnates or works with those with whom it is responsible to evolve, improve, settle, discharge certain tasks or attend to programs of a higher order and, therefore, he does not have the right of desertion from the domestic workshop, just because he does not find creatures capable of sharing his dreams of elevation there. In fact, it is precisely there, in the forge of disturbing sentimental conflicts, that he will build himself up for the ascent to which he aspires.
Difficult spouse, incomprehensible parents, enigmatic siblings or problem children are, on Earth, the teaching staff we need in the family school. With them and for them, we evaluate our own claudications, in order to correct them.
Undoubtedly, in explaining this way, we do not induce any partner to share criminality in the name of obligation.
We only wish to consider that it is unreasonable to abandon or interrupt edifying adjustments without our conscience being at peace with the duty accomplished.
Whenever we recognize ourselves out of place in the family of the world, in the face of spiritist principles that our loved ones do not immediately show themselves willing to embrace, we are in the position of the debtor among several creditors, with the valuable possibility of repaying our debts, or in the condition of the student in an intensive individual training course, with the blessed opportunity to acquire certificates of competence, in several lessons.
