Suportar com valor a própria cruz.
Sofrer, aprendendo e aproveitando.
Amar sem exigências.
Ajudar em segredo.
Semear com o Cristo, desapegando-nos dos resultados.
Encontrar irmãos em toda parte.
Cultivar o prazer de ser útil.
Discernir o justo valor das causas e das coisas.
Santificar o mal.
Amparar com sinceridade os que erram.
Perdoar quantas vezes for necessário.
Superar os obstáculos.
Conservar a jovialidade e a doçura.
Sustentar o bom ânimo.
Desprender-se dos enganos do mundo, antes que o mundo nos desengane.
