Semeador da vida, semeia a boa semente,
Os corações na Terra assemelham-se, muitas vezes, à própria terra.
Não amaldiçoarás o deserto porque exiba espetáculos de secura.
Dar-lhe-ás o consolo da fonte.
Não esmagarás os próprios dedos nas pedras do campo.
Removerás o empecilho, amparando a eira.
Não impediras a lama do charco.
Alongarás ao pântano o socorro do dreno amigo.
Não agredirás o espinheiro.
Auxiliarás, feliz, a limpeza da gleba.
Nos caminhos do mundo, há muita gente também assim.
Almas ressecadas na ignorância, enrijecidas na indiferença, atormentadas na sombra, perdidas na crueldade…
Não reclames, nem condenes.
Estende as mãos a serviço do amor e tanto quanto possível, semeia sempre.
Não exijas, porém, que o fruto chegue hoje.
Primeiro, o suor do trabalho e a semente no solo.
Depois, a defesa laboriosa e a verdura tenra, pedindo apoio.
Mais tarde, no entanto, surpreenderás, jubilosamente, a alegria da flor e a bênção do pão.

Sower's words
Sower of life, sow the good seed,
Hearts on Earth often resemble the Earth itself.
Thou shalt not curse the desert because it exhibits shows of dryness.
Thou shalt give him the comfort of the fountain.
Thou shalt not crush your fingers on the stones of the field.
You will remove the obstacle, supporting the threshing floor.
Thou shalt not prevent the mud from the pond.
Thou shalt extend to the swamp the help of the friendly drain.
Thou shalt not harm the thorn.
You will happily help clear the land.
In the ways of the world, there are many people like that too.
Souls parched in ignorance, stiffened in indifference, tormented in the shadows, lost in cruelty…
Don't complain or condemn.
Extend your hands in the service of love and as much as possible, always sow.
However, do not demand that the fruit arrive today.
First, the sweat of work and the seed in the soil.
Then the laborious defense and the tender greens, asking for support.
Later, however, you will joyfully discover the joy of the flower and the blessing of the bread.
