Queixa repetida – tiririca renitente.
Conversa desnecessária – vento inútil.
Preconceito – fruto bichado.
Gabolice – poeira grossa.
Lisonja – veneno doce.
Engrossamento – armadilha pronta.
Aspereza – casca espinhosa.
Pornografia – pântano aberto.
Despeito – serpente oculta.
Melindre – verme dourado.
Inveja – larva em pencas.
Pessimismo – chuva de fel.

Espiritualmente, somos filtros do que somos.
Cada pessoa recebe aquilo que distribui.
Se esperamos pela indulgência alheia, consignemos as manifestações que nos pareçam indesejáveis e, evitando-as com segurança, saberemos cultivar a benevolência, no trato com o próximo, para que a benevolência se nos faça auxílio incessante, através dos outros.

Repeated Complaint – Retentive Sedge.
Needless talk – useless wind.
Prejudice – wormy fruit.
Gabolice – coarse dust.
Flattery - sweet poison.
Thickening – trap ready.
Roughness – prickly bark.
Pornography – open swamp.
Contempt - hidden serpent.
Melindre – golden worm.
Envy – larva in bunches.
Pessimism – gall rain.

Spiritually, we are filters of what we are.
Each person receives what he distributes.
If we wait for the indulgence of others, let us record the manifestations that seem undesirable to us and, safely avoiding them, we will know how to cultivate benevolence, in dealing with others, so that benevolence becomes an incessant help to us, through others.
