A pregação não resulta de simples operação verbal.
Nossa vida está “falando sem palavras” em todas as circunstâncias.
Você dá testemunhos do próprio íntimo, em toda parte.
Em casa – no seu modo de agir.
Junto da multidão – no seu trato com os outros.
No serviço comum – no uso da posição em que se encontra.
Nas manifestações da fé – em seus propósitos.
Na alegria – através da conduta.
No sentimento – na capacidade de resistir.
Na luta – por intermédio da perseverança.
Na dificuldade – no poder de concentrar-se na direção do êxito.
No estudo – no aproveitamento.
No ideal – na aplicação à atividade.
Nas profundezas do coração – pelo autodomínio.
Cada dia é uma oportunidade desvendada à vitória pessoal, em cuja preparação “falamos seguidamente” de nós mesmos.
Lembre-se, porém, de que muita gente se vale dos recursos da ação, da habilidade, do encargo, da persistência, da concentração, da cultura intelectual e da relativa independência, pregando o triunfo isolado da inteligência para reinar sobre os interesses da carne, durante alguns dias; os aprendizes de Jesus, entretanto, usam semelhante poderes, na renovação do próprio espírito, aprendendo com a renúncia, com o trabalho, com a tolerância fraterna e com o sacrifício deles mesmos a governar os impulsos da vida inferior, no trânsito pela Terra, adquirindo a verdadeira luz para a glória real da Vida Sem Fim.

Preaching

Remember, however, that many people use the resources of action, skill, responsibility, persistence, concentration, intellectual culture and relative independence, preaching the isolated triumph of intelligence to reign over the interests of the flesh. , for a few days; Jesus' apprentices, however, use similar powers in the renewal of their own spirit, learning through renunciation, work, fraternal tolerance and self-sacrifice to govern the impulses of lower life, in transit through the Earth, acquiring the true light for the real glory of Life Without End.
