Não avançarás ao longo do caminho, sem doar algo de ti mesmo.
Aqui, é o companheiro que te roga assistência fraterna.
Além, é o desconhecido que te pede arrimo e esperança.
Agora, é o amparo aos desvalidos.
Depois, é o socorro aos enfermos.
À maneira da embarcação que distribui os valores de que se enriquece, espalharás, seja onde fores, os bens que o Senhor te confia.
O pão, a moeda e o agasalho são recursos da Terra em tuas mãos.
Fácil será sempre mobilizá-los e estendê-los.
Atenta, contudo, para a dádiva difícil que sai do coração.
O próprio sacrifício, em favor dos outros, é plantação de felicidade no ambiente em que respiramos.
Aprende a calar para que teu irmão fale mais alto.
Esquece as ofensas alheias, compreendendo que poderiam ter sido perpetradas por ti próprio.
Apaga-te para que a luz do próximo seja vista.
Dá em ti mesmo em humildade, paciência, brandura, abnegação e amor…
Jesus, transmitindo as bênçãos do Céu de que se fazia portador, era o Médico Providencial dos sofredores na região em que se mantinha, mas aceitando o supremo sacrifício de si mesmo, na cruz, converteu-se em Divino Benfeitor da Humanidade inteira.
Não olvides que a renunciação aos próprios caprichos, na exaltação do bem de todos, será sempre no mundo a tua dádiva maior.

You will not advance along the way without giving something of yourself.Here, it is the companion who asks you for fraternal assistance.
Beyond, it is the unknown that asks you for support and hope.
Now, it's support for the underprivileged.
Then there is help for the sick.
Like the vessel that distributes the values by which it enriches itself, you will spread, wherever you go, the goods that the Lord entrusts to you.
Bread, currency and clothing are Earth's resources in your hands.
It will always be easy to mobilize and extend them.
Pay attention, however, to the difficult gift that comes from the heart.
The sacrifice itself, in favor of others, is the planting of happiness in the environment in which we breathe.
Learn to shut up so that your brother speaks louder.
Forget the offenses of others, realizing that they could have been perpetrated by yourself.
Turn off so that the light of the next can be seen.
Give yourself in humility, patience, gentleness, self-denial and love…
Jesus, transmitting the blessings of Heaven that he carried, was the Provident Doctor of the suffering in the region where he lived, but accepting the supreme sacrifice of himself, on the cross, he became the Divine Benefactor of all Humanity.
Do not forget that the renunciation of your own whims, in the exaltation of the good of all, will always be your greatest gift in the world.
