Prayer

Prayer is the divine movement of the mirror of our soul towards the Superior Sphere, to reflect its greatness.

We are referring here to the living appeal of the spirit to the Celestial Powers, either dressed in the verbal formula or completely without it, in the silent message of vibration.

Let us imagine the face of a mirror facing the Sun, deflecting its radiance towards the abyss.

This, in essence, is the function of prayer, seeking Divine Love to focus its clarity on the valleys of ignorance and suffering, misery and hate, which still extend in the world.

Graduated, from the simplest desire, to the expression of the smallest beings, to the divine exaltation of angels, nothing is done on Earth without the impulse of aspiration that guides the step of all creatures...

In the Cyclopean body of the Planet, prayer is the movement that keeps it on the cosmic screen; in the ocean, it is the phenomenon of the tide, by which the waters aspire to the great balance. In the plant, it is the so-called phototaxis or yearning with which the plant rises to the light, incorporating its principles; in the animal, it is the instinct of curiosity and inquiry that underlies the first conquests of intelligence, as much as, in the common man, it is the natural concentration, before any edification in the human path.

The teacher planning the teaching and the doctor engrossing himself in studying to cure a certain ailment, the administrator scheduling the execution of this or that service, and the engineer involved in making a plan for a certain work, are using the processes of prayer, reflecting in the mind itself the purposes of education and science of healing, of legislation and progress, which flow from the invisible plane, in the form of abstract images, before revealing themselves substantially to the world.

To pray is to identify with the greatest source of power in the entire Universe, absorbing its reserves and portraying the laws of permanent renewal that govern the foundations of life.

Prayer drives the hidden energies of the heart, releasing them with the images of our desire, through the living and plasticizing force of thought, images that, ascending to the Superior Spheres, touch the visible or invisible intelligences that surround us, through which we commonly receive the answers of the Divine Plan, as the Almighty Father is also manifested by the children who make themselves good.

The will that prays touches the heart that feels, producing illuminating reflexes through which the spirit collects in silence, in the form of inspiration and intimate help, the influx of the Divine Messengers who preside over its evolutionary territory, to renew its emotion and the idea, with which its existence is perfected.

We have in prayer the highest system of exchange between Earth and Heaven.

Through the divine circuit of prayer, the creature asks for the protection of the Creator and the Creator responds to the creature through the ineluctable principle of spiritual reflection, extending to him the Eternal Arms, so that he can rise from the valleys of fragmentary life to the heights of Life. victorious.
