Transformações que chegam de improviso…
Às vezes, é amargor que te apaga o sorriso,
De outras, é a provação que te altera o lugar;
Em quase toda parte o tumulto domina,
A violência se alteia e se engalana,
Mas as Vozes do Céu rogam à vida humana:
Trabalhar e servir. Perdoar, perdoar…
A incompreensão se estende em áridos conflitos,
O passado interfere no presente,
Preconceitos, em luta permanente,
Tombam da inércia multissecular…
Assemelha-se a Terra à nave, na tormenta,
E, conquanto a tremer, sob a treva e o perigo,
Procura as instruções do Cristo, o Excelso Amigo:
Trabalhar e servir, perdoar, perdoar…
No entrechoque das forças que se embatem,
Talvez tragas no peito, alma querida,
Duras tribulações que te lesam a vida,
Desgostos, solidão, amargura, pesar…
No entanto, vendo o mal que te espreite ou te oprima,
Que o cárcere da angústia não te prenda,
Segue fazendo o bem, recordando a legenda:

O mundo é a grande escola e a vida é a grande mestra…
De quanto a quando, explodem vastas crises,
Dias de inquietação, momentos infelizes
Para a renovação que nos pede avançar…
Na mágoa que te envolve ou no fel que te humilha,
Nas pedras do caminho em que a marcha te cansa,
